Terms of Service

1. The service

Sendwren is an email tool (cold outreach and newsletter) built for independent makers. Emails are sent from your own accounts (SMTP/IMAP): you are the sender, and you are responsible for what you send.

2. Acceptable use

The following are prohibited and will get your account closed:

• sending to purchased, rented or unlawfully collected lists;
• spam, phishing, and any illegal or deceptive content;
• circumventing the deliverability guardrails (ramps, unsubscribe);
• sending newsletters to contacts who did not opt in.

3. Your legal obligations

You are responsible for your campaigns' compliance with applicable law (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and others): a legal basis for B2B prospecting, sender identification, honoring unsubscribes. Sendwren provides the tools (one-click unsubscribe link on every email, a real unsubscribe page, contact export and deletion) — using them correctly is on you.

4. Beta & lifetime price

The service is in beta: it is provided “as is”, with no uptime guarantee. The Pro beta price is locked in for life for the first 100 Pro accounts, as long as the subscription remains active. The locked-in price applies to the Pro plan as it exists at subscription time; future higher tiers may be introduced. The guarantee covers the price, not future feature scope.

5. Fair use & anti-abuse

AI sequence generation is subject to a fair-use limit (100 per month on Pro) designed to keep spammers out, not to upsell you. Accounts generating spam complaints, sending to purchased lists, or circumventing the deliverability guardrails are suspended.

6. Termination

You can delete your account and your data at any time from Settings or by email. Your subscription is managed through the Stripe portal.
